About Us

Building Players. Building People.

We started with a handful of kids, one field and a simple belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.

Our Mission

The Flight School Project exists to make high-quality soccer training accessible to every young person in Prince George’s County, Maryland, regardless of family income. We use the game to teach discipline, teamwork, leadership and resilience — skills that outlast any season.

Our Values

  • Access first. No child is turned away for inability to pay.
  • Development over trophies. We coach the player, not just the result.
  • Safety and respect. Background-checked coaches and a zero-tolerance conduct policy.
  • Community. Parents, schools and neighbors build this club together.
